Rumours are doing the rounds that the original stars of the show are too old for their roles in the show. And that presently Disney is looking for younger stars who’d replaceRowan Blanchard andSabrina Carpenter , along with a few other cast members. The reason behind the speculation is that Girl Meets World writer’sroom Twitted “Goodbye”, as you can see in the Tweet below. It prompted many to believe that its time-up for the original cast and they are giving way to new faces in Girl Meets World season 4.

To recall, Girl Meets World first aired in 2014 on Disney Channel. The show is a sequel to Boy Meets World that ran on ABC for about seven years.
Show Transfers to Different Cable Network?
As per Gamenguide, the season 4will be transferred to Freeform cable network that has an audience of theage bracket between 14 to 34 years old. This time the story could revolve around the characters lives after high school.
Fans Demand Girl Meets World Season 4 Now Via Petition
Fans of the show have started a petition demand a fourth season. The petition reads:So, currently we haven’t gotten signed for a season 4 and all GMW fans can agree that we want another season of Girl Meets World and we don’t want it to end with 3 seasons. So we would like to get another season of Girl Meets World. It’s the best show on Disney Channel, and if it gets cancelled, they’ll lose a lot of viewers. At the time of writing this, there were17,044 supporters.
