The device is set to come with a 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal memory. However, there is a confusion created owing to the fact that the device while getting the TENAA certification was found to be sporting a MediaTek Helio X20 chipset which differs from what has been revealed in the lately surfaced images of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X as the report from The Gizmochina suggests.
Besides this, it has been previously rumoured that the device will also be available in a 32 GB variant which is yet to be confirmed by its manufacturer. The phone might sport a 5.5-inch screen supporting a full HD display resolution. The speculations have also stated that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X is going to have a 13-megapixel rear camera while the selfie camera is going to be of 5 megapixels. Also the fact that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 did not have NFC as one of its features, the upcoming smartphone device from the house of Xiaomi might come with that features along with the Fingerprint scanner on the back of the device.
