Xiaomi has been in the news for quite a while for not only the smartphones but also other electronic gadgets as well. But this time it is the smartphone which is again coming up on the headlines. The concerned smartphone device is the Xiaomi Mi 5c which is in the news for an expected release in the month of December.
It has been previously reported that the Xiaomi is going to launch their new smartphone Mi 5c in the second week of the month of December. But the latest proceedings have revealed that Xiaomi Mi 5c is going to be released perhaps as early as in the first week. The tentative date that has been set is reportedly December 6 and the device will be unveiled in China.
Besides this, few leaked images have shown the dimensions of the device as well. And if we go by the previous rumours, it is going to sport a 5.5-inch display screen supporting a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels with a pixel density of 403 ppi. The leaked images are found to be showing that the device is going to have a sleek design with round edges. The fingerprint scanner is placed under the Home button while the Volume button is placed on the right-hand side of the device.
Coming to features that the device is speculated to be sporting it can be said that, according to one of the news from Techvicity, it is going to come with a 2.2 GHz octa-core processor with ARM Mali-T860 GPU under the hood. Also, the device might run on an Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. It is believed that the device is going to have a 3 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage. The rear camera is going to be a 12 megapixel one while the selfie camera is going to be an 8-megapixel one.
Xiaomi Mi 5c Price:
It has been previously reported that the price of the Xiaomi Mi 5c is going to have a reasonable price. The latest developments also reveal similar sort of facts. The upcoming device is going to come out with a price tag of CNY 999 which is equivalent to $145. In Indian currency, it will come at roughly around 10,000 rupees.
However, all these are in a state of speculation. Nothing has been revealed officially regarding the device. But if the rumours about Xiaomi Mi 5c turns out to be true it is definitely going to be one of the budget phones to be looked at. And for that, we need to wait till December 6 perhaps.
