We have had an exciting start to the year in the WWE Monday Night Raw show. Last week we had a mouth-watering conflict which engaged Roman Reigns and three of his opponents which eventually turned out to be an eventful evening at the WWE Raw. And as we approach yet another episode of the WWE Monday Night Raw, we bring forward the live preview and match card alongside the WWE rumours that have come up recently.
WWE Raw Live Rumour and Match Card: January 16, 2017
Last week we had an exciting episode of the WWE Monday Night Raw as we came across The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels for one more time. And this week, news have come up that Brock Lesnar is all set to grace the show as he is expected to throw some light regarding his participation in the upcoming WWE Royal Rumble 2017. Also, his feud against Goldberg will gain some momentum with the all the announcements that are reported to e made on tonight’s show. This is definitely one of the potential routes which WWE is taking in order to create the hype round the upcoming PPV. Also, chances are there that we might see Triple H making an appearance inside the ring tonight, at least his tweet has hinted to that fact.

Eyes will be set on the WWE Cruiserweight Championship as well where Rich Swann and Neville will take on each other for the title and the encounter is set to take place at the WWE Royal Rumble 2017. And undoubtedly Neville stands as the clear favourite against Swann although we should expect some strength from Swann which would otherwise turn out to be a one-sided affair much to the dislike of the fans of WWE. This development in this plot will throw some light on the upcoming WWE Royal Rumble 2017 as well and that’s why all the fans are looking for some sort of limelight on Rich Swann as well on tonight’s show of the WWE Raw.
Besides this, all the fans across the world would be eager find a proper solution to the mix that has been created in the Women’s Championship section. And it can get further complicated as we might find the two storylines – Bayley’s title pursuit and the feud between Nia Jax and Sasha Banks, that are on the build-up might get mingled up. So it will be really interesting when the upcoming WWE Monday Night Raw will be aired tonight.
Also, there will be enough focus on the current United States Champion Chris Jericho who snatched the title from Roman reigns last week. However, with Jericho winning the title, the chances of Kevin Owens lifting the title at the Royal Rumble have got all the more bleak. But this section is worth watching as it might plot the rise of a new champion in the WWE Raw.

The WWE Monday Night Raw show will be held at the Verizon Arena in the North Little Rock, Arkansas. All the proceedings will be telecasted live in India on Ten 2 from 06:30 AM IST (next day). The live streaming will be available on the Ten Sports Live in India. The repeat telecast of the show will be aired on Ten 1 at 4 PM and 9 PM tomorrow. All the actions will kick-off at 8 PM EST in the USA.
