2K Sports, which is theexclusive publisher of the upcoming game WWE 2K18, is rumoured to be considering bringing back former WWE champion Kurt Angle to the game in the form of pre-order bonus content. According to a recent interview, Kurt Angle is also interested in this development. For obvious reasons, any return to the game will mean that the wrestler will also make a comeback to the ring and viewers and fans will also be able to see him on WWE TV.

In an interview with Title Match Wrestling, Kurt Angle seemed to indicate so. He seemed to list out the names of WWE opponents that he wanted to spar with. He said that he wanted to take onDaniel Bryan but did not think that would happen. He mentionedSeth Rollins as the wrestler he was looking forward to taking on. The development certainly does not seem unusual as WWE is known to bring back big names to the ring from time to time if only to garner more eyeballs.

WWE 2K18 will be a continuation of the popular gaming franchise which started in 2000. According to this report, the game will debut in October 2017, and it is set to feature improved gaming imagery alongside bringing back older modes like the2K Showcase, one of the most popular single-player features first introduced in 2014. Kurt Angle departed from the WWE in 2006 and has since worked with TNA Impact Wrestling and other independent shows. However, the former Olympic gold medallist has had issues with his neck in the past and he will look to recover quickly if he wants to be back n action.

The new game, WWE 2K18, will release for thePS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One in the1st week of October 2017. The PC release date is November 2017. The price of the new game is unknown. We would like to ask you to take these updates with a healthy pinch of salt as they are rumours and hence unverified.
