With the release of the Telugu language film Vangaveeti the Ram Gopal Varma magic has once again flickered its good old days. A political crime drama, which is the director’s forte, has again given him the position he lost, unfortunately. The movie is based on the influence and power-play that took front row during the caste war and political turmoil in Vijayawada during the 70s and 80s. Opened with mixed reaction, the critics have given it a thumbs up. Vangaveeti box office collection has started with a decent income that promises to grow in the upcoming days.

Vangaveeti 2nd Day Box Office Collection

Released in 1,300 screens in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, the movie started its box office journey with 86% occupancy in general. Though today the occupancy rate increased to 91% thanks to the weekend and the business too increased. Vangaveeti 2nd day box office collection is 1.12 crore approximately which the box office gurus are expecting to increase on Sunday.

Vangaveeti Box Office Prediction

Vangaveeti is a very serious movie that includes a lot of political twists, and the crafty direction of Ram Gopal Varma has given it a very polished and elegant look to make it larger than life. With actors like Sandeep Kumar and Vamsi Nakkanti the movie is a masterpiece. But it is very unfortunate that it is failing to attract audiences’ response. The reason is very clear, and that is the Christmas mood. The audiences who generally visit theatres with family and friends are more interested in happy, and funny movies or something that is filled with entertainment quotient and Vangaveeti is somehow lacking that. It’s a serious film, not matching the mood of the season. So the box office analysers are bit worried about the business of the film, but as we all know box office is just very unpredictable as the weather, and it can change anytime. So we can just wait for the better days for the movie!
