It seems that the final season of The Vampire Diaries is certainly turning out to be the most exciting and sinister of the lot everything courtesy the Siren, Sybil, probably the strongest adversary ever to the Salvatore brothers and the way things have turned out by the second episode one whole week might just turn out to be a really long wait.
The Vampire Diaries Season 8 Episode 3 will be aired on November 4 and is titled “You Decided That I Was Worth Saving” . The episode will witness Bonnie make the most difficult decision of her life as well as shed light on the condition of a completely humanity-void Damon who doesn’t even remember Elena anymore.
With Elena’s memory wiped can Damon be stopped now?
The Vampire Diaries Season 8 Episode 2 titled “Today will be different” saw a whole lot of incidents but perhaps the most shocking of them all was Sybil altering Damon’s memories and removing Elena from his mind. Finding out the only source of humanity left in Damon’s head Sybil replaced the first memory Damon had of Elena with herself instead.
The question is that a majority of “The Vampire Diaries” have been hugely circulating around the relationship between Damon and Elena and every screw up relating to it but with the news of a possible Nina Dobrev’s come back into the scene gives us hope that Sybil’s evil intentions may not succeed after all.
Will Stefan and Caroline have a hassle free marriage?
The last episode finally saw Stefan pop the question to Caroline after bringing her to the Salvatore house and it does seem that wedding bells are ringing for the “Steroline” duo. The question over here is whether Sybil lets that happen or not and according to the latest promo for the Vampire Diaries Season 8 Episode 3, Damon seems to have gotten into a rough fight with Karoline and whether the wedding bells do ultimately end up ringing for Steroline is still a big question.
Bonnie’s life changing decision might just make a huge difference to the lives of Damon and Enzo
The Vampire Diaries Season 8 Episode 3 Promo reveals that Sybil asks Damon to get rid of Bonnie and Damon complies. However, there is definitely this question whether Damon, even in spite of all humanity will be able to hurt his best friend or not. But considering the fact that he doesn’t have Elena’s memory anymore, anything can happen. Meanwhile, Bonnie continues to fight for Enzo. She is determined to bring him back even if it means to put her life at risk. She finds herself at the centre of a “deadly game” wherein she is faced with one of the most difficult challenges of her life. She is forced to make a tough choice and the decision involves two of the most important people in her life.
Also, it seems that Alaric continues to gather a more in-depth knowledge of the ancient mystics and comes across a mysterious artifact pertaining to the history of this ‘Great Evil’ in his best attempts to recover Damon and Enzo from the grasp of Sybil freeing them from her controlling their mind. Michael Trevino’s Tyler Lockwood, who will play an important role to rescue Damon when his downward spiral begins. Lockwood talks to Damon and attempts to some sense into him.
With Elena gone, can Damon be well and truly be stopped? And if given a choice will Bonnie choose Enzo over Damon? Will Stefan and Karoline ever be able to settle down?
Most importantly, Can Sybil be defeated?
