The Vampire Diaries Season 8 Episode 1

The final Season of “The Vampire Diaries” is already upon us and TVD enthusiasts cannot wait to find out how everything pans out in the city of Mystic Falls post last season’s finale which left everyone asking a lot of questions. Season 7 ended on a drastic note with Damon and Enzo stripped off their humanity after they were attacked by the mysterious Sybil .

Will Sybil be the ultimate match for the Salvatore brothers?

According to Yibada, Sybil (Nathalie Kelley) would be introduced in the “TVD” season 8 premiere episode on Friday, Oct. 21. Sybil is described as the “evil herself” who enticed victims for her amusement and glorification. While her evil character could scare everyone, Sybil is actually in search of only one thing — love.

Sybil would first appear in the 155th episode of “The Vampire Diaries” season 8, titled “Hello, Brother.”  She is supposed to be an immortal who uses her immeasurable power and influence to control other people. Sybil could manipulate them into twisted games and tests.

The Vampire Diaries Season 8 Episode 1: “Hello Brother”

TVD promo material has shown dark Damon and Enzo under the control of the new baddie as they kidnap poor, unsuspecting humans and seemingly feed them to the monster. However, in the latest TVD Season 8 trailer Enzo has doubts about what they’re doing as he yells down into bloody water asking the villain, “When does it end? How many more bodies until you’re full?” Damon then pushes Enzo into the water.

Typical Humanity-less Damon style, something which isn’t familiar to TVD watchers at all.

In the sneak peek for The Vampire Diaries Season 8 Episode 1 spoilers, Stefan is seen hiking through the woods and searching for clues with Bonnie. Stefan remains helpful and says it is “the first time a body has surfaced” while following a trail that may lead their search.

Previous The Vampire Diaries Season 8 Episode 1 spoilers showed Bonnie stating how the search for Damon and Enzo “goes on and on” but still, they are “no closer to knowing where they are or who or what took them.” Now she reveals to Stefan how everytime they find a clue that appears to lead to the two; she lets herself hope a little. And every time it turns out untrue, her hopes come crashing down.

Meanwhile, Caroline and Alaric (Matt Davis) gets an unwelcome and unexpected visit. This warns them that someone, or something, dangerous might be targeting their family.

We still have a very long way to go (16 episodes to be exact) until the end of the season and series, but showrunner Julie Plec has promised fans that she’s going to end The Vampire Diaries right.

The vampire Diaries Season 8 will premiere on Oct. 21 on The CW.
