TVS Motor Company has launched a limited edition of its popular scooter in India, Jupiter.The TVS Jupiter MillionR special edition that is priced at Rs 53,034 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Since it’s just a special edition, the Jupiter scooter has received no mechanical updates. This scooter was first launched in the year of 2013, and it has crossed the one million mark in just 30 months. However, the special edition remains unchanged. TVS Jupiter MillionR is powered by the company’s next generation, all-aluminium, low friction 110cc engine and is available at all TVS dealerships across the country. The scooter is a big hit in the Indian market and as it is specially meant for the common section it had kept in mind the price and the requirement of them, and that clicked appropriately.  Aniruddha Haldar, vice-president of marketing at TVS Motor Company stated:

“Ten lakh families have reposed faith in the Jupiter and its promise of ‘Zyada ka Fayda.’ It is only fitting that this milestone be celebrated in the same manner. This gave birth to the MillionR edition, with 10 new features, a tribute to each of our 10 lakh happy customers.”

As the new TVS Jupiter MillionR special edition remains unchanged, it comes with the same power of a 109.7cc single cylinder air cooled petrol engine that can create an 8bhp of power and 8Nm at 5500rpm of torque with a CVT gearbox. This engine churns out a maximum power output of 7.8bhp at 7500rpm and comes with ten additional features that include mobile charger, front disc brake, floor mats, beige inner panels, dual tone seats and rear view mirrors with chrome elements. A 5.0-litre fuel tank and 12-inch tubeless tires are also the added features of the excellent ride. The scooter also gets a new royal wine colour.

The scooter, new TVS Jupiter MillionR is already launched and is available at all TVS dealerships across the country.
