T-Mobile To Reduce $200 off Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 edge and Galaxy Note 5

Since the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is coming out on August 2, high-end handsets from Samsung are going on discount. An internal memo by T-Mobile that has leaked online which shows that they are planning on a new promotion under which buyers will get $200 off the Galaxy S7, the Galaxy S7 edge and the Galaxy Note 5.

To qualify for the deal, interested buyers will need to port their number into T-Mobile and activate their new phone (whatever they buy between Galaxy S7, the Galaxy S7 edge and Galaxy Note 5) on a 10GB or higher data plan. They’ll also need to buy their device on an EIP. The memo points out that customers will be able to stack this promotion with T-Mobile’s Carrier Freedom promotion that promises $650 per line via trade-in credit and prepaid MasterCard for trading in an existing smartphone.

The Galaxy S7, S7 edge, and Note 5 may not be the newest phones in Samsung’s lineup, but they are pretty cool to use and comes with high-end specs. The memo also mentions that the promotional deal will go live on August 3, one day after the Galaxy Note 7 is unveiled. Remember that the promo will be available “for a limited time.”
