Stranger Things Season 2 teaser has been released. It officially announced the renewal of Netflix‘s hit series, and it’s going to be called Stranger Things 2.Earlier the Duffer Brothers had talked about their motivation behinds season 1 and what we can expect from season 2. As you can see in the teaser, they have revealed the names of all nine episodes. Those are,Madmax, The Boy Who Came Back to Life, The Pumpkin Patch, The Palace, The Storm, The Pollywog, The Secret Cabin, The Brain, and The Lost Brother.
Following the release of the teaser, the Duffer Brothersinformed the EW that they are just about to deliver the first episode script to Netflix.”We’rereally excited about continuing the story,” said Matt Duffer.“There’s a comfort factor in that we know people love and have responded to this world and these characters. As much as possible, we’re trying to approach it the same as season one, which is to write stuff that we’re excited about and we think is cool. The hope is that it translates to the fans and that people fall in love with it again.”
Adds Ross: “Just like we treated the first season like a big movie, we wanna treat this like a big movie as well, and we don’t wanna coast on these characters. We’re trying to swing for the fences on this one.”
The first season starredWinona Ryder (her first major TV role) along with David Harbour, Matthew Modine, Finn Wolfhard, Natalia Dyer, Cara Buono, Charlie Heaton, Noah Schnapp, Millie Brown, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo, Joe Chrest, Joe Keery, Rob Morgan, Ross Partridge, Shannon Purser, John Paul Reynolds, Mark Steger and Chris Sullivan.
Set in 1984,Ross and Matt Duffer explained that although the old characters will return and be the focus, new ones will be added, new towns may be explored, and the genius sequels of the 1980s will be a big influence. As of now we don’t have a premier date.
