Raees starts with smuggling liquor and stores it in warehouses and then sell it illegally to local vendors.The second phase he battles with a lot of competitors and also develops a love story with Aasiya played by Mahira Khan. The third phase we would see the arrival of ACP Majmudar played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui whose main aim is to do away with the illegal activities in the town which affect Raees’ business.
