News regarding Samsung Galaxy On7 (2016) has emerged once again. This time the handset has passedthrough US regulatory agency Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and in the process has revealed a couple of details. Regarded as thetrue successor to the original On7, according to Gsmarena, the Samsung‘s handset will be launchedwithin the next few weeks.
According to the listing, thedimensions of the device willbe 151.5 x 74.9 x 8 mm and will bea powered 3,000mAh battery. Earlier, thismonthOn7 (2016) gota certification by China’s TENAA whichwas leaked by GSMArena. A couple of other details that emerged includesthe availability of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 4G LTE.
Some of the other specifications that was revealed in theTENAA listing are a 5.5-inch Full HD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC which has an octa-core processor clocked at 2GHz. It’ll have3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage that can be expanded via microSD cards. It’ll run onon Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and sport 13-megapixels rear camera and 8-megapixels front camera.
According to a rumors, Galaxy On7 will alongside it’s little sibling Samsung Galaxy On5. While there’s apossibility that Galaxy On7 willcome only in Gold color,On5 will feature four colors,Metallic Gold, Black, Gold and Pink.
Only two months backSamsung Galaxy On5 (2016) waslisted on Zauba, an Indian export-import website.According to the GeekBench listing,the Samsung Galaxy On5 (2016) will be powered byan Exynos 7570 SoC 1.4 GHz quad-core processor and will run onAndroid 6.0.1 Marshmallow. The same device under the model name SM-G5700 was spotted on the GeekBench benchmarking website. Itfeatures a 5-inch display, 2GB RAM and comes at a price ofRs 10,310.
