The leaked photos are that of the retail packaging and the device itself. Galaxy Note 7 Needless to say, the device looks flawless and larger and perhaps a little “boxier”. The packaging box looks pretty simple. We are hoping that the device will be up for pre-order, a day or two after the launch. Only yesterday we informed that the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 & Gear VR 2 Headset renders leaked on the internet, just before a day of launch! Some rumors gaining the wind includes news that the Samsung Gear VR 2 might come with Note 7. Over the course of a couple of months, we have covered a number of rumors that are about to be proven true in some hours. It’s likely that the handset will be launched in the black, blue and silver color options in the US while a gold colored model will be available internationally. Speaking of the specifications, Galaxy Note 7 will come with a 5.7-inch QuadHD display with 1440×2560 pixel resolution. It’ll be powered by either Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 821 SoC or Exynos 8893 SoC, according to the region where the user lives. The device will also come with 4 GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via micorSD card. Note 7 will run on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system out of the box. As for the camera, the phablet will have a 12-megapixel primary rear camera with a LED flashlight and a 5-megapixel front camera. It’ll be backed by a huge 3600mAh battery (which is similar to the battery of the Galaxy S7 Edge smartphone). Samsung will be manufacturing 5 million units of Galaxy Note 7 for “Initial Supply”, according to sources. And it’s likely going to out-sale Galaxy Note 5. The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 will be launched on August 2 at 10AM EST time zone.
