The South Korean company has declared that the tablet will go on sale from the end of July both online and at retail stores. The smartphone will go on sale from July 14. Priced at Rs. 13,400, the devices come with pre-loaded popular apps and services from its Galaxy J-series of smartphones. They’ll also feature Ultra Data Saving (UDS) Mode that saves up to 50 percent of 4G data. Additionally, Samsung is offering a one year bundle of free subscription to Vuclip and also a free Samsung Bluetooth headset in-box. Vuclip is a video on demand streaming service. And on top of all these, both Samsung Galaxy J2 (2016), the Galaxy J Max comes with six months of double data offer for Airtel prepaid customers. Speaking of the tablet, the Samsung Galaxy J Max features a 7-inch WXGA TFT display with 1280×800 pixels. It is powered by 1.5GHz quad-core processor and comes clubbed with 1.5GB of RAM. It has 16GB of built-in storage that can be expanded up to 200GB via microSD card. The tab runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and supports and 4G. Galaxy J Max sports an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front camera. One of the biggest highlights of the tablet is it supports VoLTE (Voice over LTE). Connectivity options include, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and Micro-USB. The tab measures 186.9×108.8×8.7mm and comes packed with a 4000mAh battery.
