Samsung Galaxy Folder 2: Following a range of leaks, the Samsung Galaxy Folder 2 has finally been unveiled by Samsung China. We’ll be taking about everything regarding the handset down below. Stay tuned.

The handset has already been launched in China, and it’s likely to be exclusive to the country. If we get to know anything about Folder 2’s international launch, we’ll post about it.

So far there’s no word on the exact price, although tech gurus are suggesting that the device will cost $285.

Samsung Galaxy Folder 2 Features:

Folder 2 first appeared on TENAA about six weeks. Folder phones first appeared in 2000 and looks like there are still demands for the phones. Galaxy Folder 2 is much larger that the clamshell devices we had a decade ago.

The phone features a 3.8-inch display that is only slightly smaller than iPhone SE’s 4-inch panel. The height of the device is around 122mm. As you can see in the picture above the wingspan is considerably very wide. The display comes with a resolution of 480 pixels by 800 pixels.

The handset is powered by 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 processor and comes packed 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. Speaking of the camera, the handset packs an 8-megapixel primary camera and a 5-megapixel front selfies camera.

The Samsung Galaxy Folder 2 measures 122.00 x 60.20 x 15.40 and weighs 160.00 gm. The handset runs  Android 6.0, and it’s backed by a 1950mAh non-removable battery. The device is a single SIM (GSM) smartphone that features connectivity options like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, 4G. Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, and Ambient light sensor.
