The news focuses around ASUS which has managed to grab the attention of the tech enthusiasts across the world, thanks to a number gaming PCs they have launched in the recent past.
It was just a few weeks back that for the first time we came across the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card. And the recent news that has come out reveals that ASUS has come out with a new version of the GPU entitled ROG Poseidon GeForce GTX 1080 Ti. The new graphic card comes with a hybrid cooling system which will definitely keep the device running on this GPU much cooler.
Any PC with the older version of GPUs would have generated a temperature of 70 degree Celsius. However, the new ASUS ROG Poseidon GeForce GTX 1080 Ti graphics card will keep the temperature down to 40 degree Celsius which is really incredible. And this has a lot of things to do with the increased surface area of the heat sink system. The newly launched device from ASUS comes with a 40 per cent more surface area. Also, the water flow of the water cooling block has been hiked by 20 per cent. Clearly, there is an added advantage over older GPUs.
Not only that, the newly launched GPU from ASUS comes with the patented Wing-Blade fans which are also IP5X certified. That ensures the durability of the GPU as well as enhances the efficiency of the device. The ROG Poseidon GeForce GTX 1080 Ti also comes with ASUS Aura RGB lighting which facilitates further personalization.
However, it is not yet sure when the ASUS ROG Poseidon GeForce GTX 1080 Ti is going to be available on market. It is expected that an announcement regarding that is going to be made soon. until then we need to keep on waiting for a bit.
