The flagship mobile handset is confirmed to release with a Snapdragon 835 processor which is currently used in the Samsung flagship Galaxy S8 and also the Sony flagship Xperia XZ Premium. However, it is rumored that it outperformed the S8 and the XZ Premium in both Single-core and multi-core tests. Even though the design is almost similar to the iPhone 7, it is acceptable as the design is an elegant one and most of the companies these days are modeling their devices on the same design. The OnePlus 5 is rumored to feature a dual camera lens just like the iPhone 7 Plus in the top left corner and also features a very slim touchscreen bar phone, quite similar to the iPhone. The company has repeated the tagline for OnePlus 5 as ‘Dual Camera. Clearer Photos.’ This could refer to the dual lens setup that has been leaked but we can never be too sure. The flagship is set to be unveiled at the launch event on June 20 at 12:00 PM EDT with sales starting immediately after the event in New York City, London and across Europe. The Twitter handle of the company reveals that the phone has been redefined over a period of three years and a picture along with the tweet showed the design featuring the dual lens and a flash. The screen size is still not clear although it is speculated it would be either 5.5 inches or 5.8 inches. The phone will most probably feature a 6 GB or 8 GB RAM with at least 64 GB of storage capacity. It would most probably be priced higher than the OnePlus 3T model as is seen in the trend of the company pricing their phones higher than the previous model.
