It has been quite a while that we haven’t come across a smartphone from the house of Nokia which has been taken over by Microsoft a few years back although news and updates having been coming in regularly regarding upcoming smartphones from Nokia. And the latest one has revealed that Nokia will release a new smartphone Nokia P featuring a camera with a Carl Zeiss lens which might get revealed during the MWC 2017.
We have come across a number of news and updates which have revealed that Nokia will be making a comeback onto the world stage with the Nokia D1C. And here we are with the news of a new smartphone Nokia P which is expected to be coming out during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) which is scheduled to take place in the month of February at Barcelona in Spain.
Coming to the features of the Nokia P, it can be said that if we go by the rumours, the Nokia P is going to be a mid-range smartphone. The smartphone will perhaps be sporting a 5.2-inch display. As the leaked images of the Nokia P posted on the website of the Techradar shows, the Nokia P will feature capacitive screens on the bottom of the screen instead of incorporating on-screen buttons.
Along with this, the rumours have suggested that the Nokia P is going to come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor which is yet to be rolled out on the market by its manufacturer. The RAM of rumoured Nokia P is going to be set at 6 GB. The device is expected to be sporting a high-end camera on the back which is going to be equipped with a 23-megapixel sensor and Carl Zeiss lens. We have previously seen Nokia smartphone featuring Carl Zeiss lens, so it won’t be too much of a surprise for the fans of Nokia who have bene waiting eagerly for the comeback of the popular mobile phone making brand.
However, everything stays in a spot of speculation unless and until there is a confirmation regarding the presence of the device by its manufacturer. For that to happen, we have to keep on waiting for some more days. And as the reports have suggested, it might happen during the MWC 2017. So, in that case, it isn’t too far away from now and going by the rumours, it can be stated that the upcoming mid-range device from Nokia is going to be a really great smartphone. The wait for the Nokia P isn’t going to be a disappointing one for the fans.
