Now the popular smartphone makers are reportedly working on a new device, which is rumouredly named the Moto X. Despite numerous reports about the Moto X series being discontinued in favour of the Moto Z series, Lenovo in June said that the Moto X series is “alive and well”. Now, a series of leaked images claimed to be of the Moto X (2017) is doing the rounds.
Posted by Slashleaks, the images of the new rumoured Moto X (2017) bear resemblance to the recently launched Moto Z series of smartphones. According to the images, the new smartphone will sport a metal body, a round camera panel but does not have any pins on the lower side. One can assume from this that the Moto X (2017) will not have support for the latest Moto Mods rolled out by the company. The leaked images which were found online also confirms the fact that the new smartphone, Moto X(2017) available in Gold and Silver colour variants.

Details regarding the price and availability of the device are unavailable as of yet but the device will most probably come out along with the rest of the recently announced device mods by Motorola which include a a 3000mAh Mophie Battery Pack and an Incipio Car Dock that allows charging and comes with a 3.5mm audio output.
