Malayalam superstar Mohanlal and Bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput roll up sleeves to share screen space in Bollywood’s first space film titled as Chandamama Door Ke where Sushant even reported that he is heading to NASA (America’s space agency) where he would shoot for next few months. But this particular news came as an utter surprise for fans across the globe. It would be the first time that a Malayalam star would share the screen with a B-Town actor. Although, past several years the amalgamations have turned out to be quite fruitful as quoting few examples like Ranjhana, Baby, and so on.
To be directed by Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan, Chandamama Door Ke is being produced by an undisclosed banner. The news broke on the actor’s birthday where he is pretty busy partying with his close friends organised by special co-actor Kriti Sanon in Mumbai. Though playing a small part as a scientist-cum-astronaut, Mohanlal is surelygoing to flip the floor with his amazing acting skills.
His latest movie ‘Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol’ has garnered lots of positive reactions with Mohanlal delivering an extraordinary performance. Also earlier acted in Ram Gopal Verma Ki Aag in 2007, which crashed at the box office thus beingone of the worst films of all times. He shared the screen with Amitabh Bachchan and other actors.
So, acting in Bollywood 1st space film decade later is definitely something quite exciting for the Malayalam superstar and that too sharing screen with Sushant would be a great adventure. In an exclusiveinterview given to Mid-Day, Sushant revealed the gist of the storyline and his future perspective towards the film. The filmmaker too showed similar enthusiasm regarding Chandamama Door Ke and its entire cast and crew.
