The step taken would help almost 36 lakhs customers to provide appropriate assistance on daily basis. Along with this, it is likely to empower e-cash mode of payment through the help of mobile wallet across pan-India outlets of these brands.

At the peak of the festive time, the largest mobile payment platform also announced providing attractive offers to the customers hence to celebrate the partnership. Customers visiting Pantaloons can avail up to 15% discount on the total purchases and pay through MobiKwik. The following offer is valid in 160 stores across the nation. Tata Group’s consumer electronic and durables store Croma offers Rs. 1,000 cash back in as many as 121 stores in almost 25 cities across the country.
Star Bazaar, another hyper-chain retail market under Tata Group, offers 10% cash back in its 39 stores. Also, ZopNow, online grocery shopping store offers minimum three-hour pre-defined delivery slots in 11 cities along with providing 10% cash back on purchases of groceries after paying through MobiKwik.
Earlier, MobiKwik had merged with over 1,00,000 retailer networks which include biggies like Domino, Grofers, EZone, Big Basket, Big Bazaar, etc. Also, the firm has planned to partner with 5 lakh merchants in the next 12 to 18 months. At present, it registers over 1.5 million users on daily basis transaction along with allowing users to load money in their wallet with cash.
The company also offers exclusive cash pickup services in Tier I cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Jaipur, Surat and New Delhi. Users can walk into 1,00,000 locations so as to deposit cash in their wallet. The following service can be availed in more than 10,000 cities including tier II & III cities.
