Chinese manufacturer Meizu has issued media invites for their November 30 unveiling event where the company is rumoured to launch their rumoured smartphone which is slated to bear the Meizu M Moniker and will reportedly powered by a new MediaTek Helio SoC. The invite features a message “Make Helio Great Again”. The tagline sounds similar to that of one used by the US President Elect Donald Trump, Make America Great Again. The main attraction of the upcoming launch event is the introduction of the Meizu M5 Note, which is a premium flagship variant of the budget Meizu M5.

The M5is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor and supports dual SIM, fingerprint unlocking and a 720p display. Now the premium variant of this smartphone, the M5 Notehad already been benchmarked on Geekbench, which revealed the phone would be featuring a MediaTek Helio chip and this news was basically confirmed by Meizu’s invite caption.
This processor will most probably be the latest Helio P20 processor with a Mali-T860 graphics.along with 3GB memory and 32GB storage. However, there is no confirmation regarding the smartphone bearing this very chipset at rumours of Meizu potentially using the recently announced 10nm deca core Helio X30 SoC.
Meizu M5 Note will run Android Marshmallow 6.0 and is listed to sport a full HD resolution with a 5.7-inch sized screen.The rear camera will be infused with a 13MP sensor, while the front-facing shooter will carry 5MP sensor.
In addition to Meizu M5 Note, we also expect the release of Blue Charm X. The product packaging for the handset was leaked just a few days back.
