The Atkins 40 meal plan is tailor-made for all the newly-become mothers and mothers who are still breastfeeding their children. While describing the diet plan, Heimowitz said “Kim would start with a 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1/4 cup of strawberries and 1/4 cup of pecans for breakfast. Snacks focused on fruits or veggies, such as a 1/2 cup of red peppers and five cherry tomatoes with two tablespoons of dressing.”

For lunch, the infamous wife of Kanye West takes salmon and salad with another snack consisted of half a peach and half a cup of cottage cheese. Her dinner consist of six stalks of asparagus, four to six ounces grilled chicken, one medium tomato and two ounces of fresh mozzarella with two basil leaves. Balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil will then be added for extra flavor.
