In one of the recent event held in Los Angeles, Hollywood actress Kate Beckinsale is all set to join the team of “The Only Living Boy in New York”. The actress signed the contract to feature in the drama currently under the production of Amazon Studios.
Directed by Marc Webb, the story of the upcoming drama revolves around a college-goer boy who gets involves into the relationship with his Father’s mistress. Kate essays the role of the Mistress who finds his partner’s Son quite attractive and charming thus keeping a relation with him. She has no intention to leave the family and such lifestyle, especially getting involved with the Boy.
The Only Living Boy in New York consists a cast of Jeff Bridges, Callum Turner, Kiersey Clemons, among others. It is being Produced by Albert Berger and Ron Yerxa with a script written by Allan Loeb. The drama might hit the floor by the end of October thus having a release date of mid-2017.
Kate Beckinsale has been earlier featured in Love & Friendship, Lady Susan, Underworld: Blood Wars, Underworld II (upcoming). The latest drama she will be joining The Only Living Boy in New York is inspired by an album “Bridge Over Troubled Water”. A song from 1970, written and performed by Paul Simon and Garfunkel, respectively.
