The makers of the much-awaited sequel of the hit film Kahani came up with the trailer of Kahani 2. Director Sujoy Ghosh managed to make the audience reach the edge of their seats, with Vidya Balan’s intense yet mysterious avatar. The movie Kahani 2 is scheduled to be released on 2nd December 2016, and after the trailer being released, there is no doubt that Vidya Balan is one of the most talented actresses in Bollywood. The two and half minutes trailer ensures that this movie is going to take the audience for a roller coaster ride with the thrill and mystery factor screaming out in every scene.
Before the release of the trailer, the makers of the film came up with two teaser poster of the film Kahani 2. In the first poster, Vidya Balan is seen in the role of a 36 years old fugitive, Durga Rani Singh, who is wanted for kidnapping and murder. However, in the second poster, she is seen holding a little girl. The dual role of the character was somewhat cleared out in the trailer of the film. In the trailer we see Arjun Rampal playing the role of a cop, whois trying to figure out the back story of Vidya Balan,who is in a coma after an accident. We even seeTota Roy Chowdhury playing a character in the movie who asks Vidya Balanto go to London with him for some reason which is not clear . The trailer does, however, brings out the fact that the character played by Vidya Balan is a fugitive on the run for the act of kidnapping or murder. But in the 13 seconds long teaser, released before we see Vidya Balan explaining that she has neither killed or kidnapped anyone and is being framed. This mystery can only be solved when the movie releases on 2nd December.
The trailer of the movie Kahani 2, did manage to send shivers up ourspines, and with the commanding presence of Vidya Balan, this movie will surely bag a lot of awards like it did with the success of the prequel of the film Kahani released back in 2012. The biggest question that we are to figure out is whether Vidya Balan is actually playing the negative role or is she being framed. We are all set to get all the answers to our questions on 2nd December.
