
JEE 2017 Answer Key: The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) 2017 admit card was released on March 14, and the exam was conducted today. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts the examination for the admission to the Undergraduate Engineering Programmes in NITs, IIITs, and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions, etc. Now as per the rules by HRD Ministry (Human Resource Development), to qualify for JEE, students must have at least 75 percent marks or be in top 20 percentile in Class 12 examination and, there shall be no weightage for class 12 marks in calculating the ranks in the JEE (Main) examination. For SC/ ST students, 65 percent will be the qualifying marks for the Class 12 examination.
Around 10 lakh students have appeared in the JEE Main 2017 examination today from over 2,000 centers in 109 cities and abroad. Now the candidates have the choice of appearing in any of the two types of papers or both. Paper 1 is for B.E/B.Tech courses and Paper 2 is for B.Arch and B.Planning. It has conducted in both computer- based (online) and paper-pen (offline) mode while Paper II (B Arch/B Planning) will be conducted in pen-paper mode only.

- add the details of your admit card
- Check your answers
JEE Main 2017 Results will be declared on April 27th, and the All India Ranks will be published sometime around mid-June 18-22 April 2017 to be more precise. The rank cards will be allotted to the candidates after the publication of rank list and the counseling scheduled will be notified later on.
The dissatisfied candidates can challenge the answer by filling online application form and paying a sum of Rs.1000/- per question. The challenge will be accepted online only through the link available on the website www.jeemain.nic.in till 5.00 PM on 22/04/2017. The candidates can pay the fee through credit/debit card or e-challan, and it is non-refundable. The decision of JAB and CBSE on the challenges shall be final, and no further communication will be entertained.
