Intex Technologies Business Head Sanjay Kalirona made the final exit after submitting a resignation from the company. In an attempt of leaving behind a lot of senior executives, he signed the papers thus forwarding the baton to the deserving candidate. Sanjay is likely to join as Chief Operating Officer of Zen Mobiles by the mid of this month.
After serving for 15 long years in IT peripherals in Intex, a former business head will move forward with Zen Mobiles, another leading local rival. Currently at No. 3 smartphone player in the fiercely competitive market Intex Tech. manages a shareholding of 9.2% in the quarter end of March. At present, the company recorded a rise in stake market by .45% closing at Rs. 70.25.
However, the IT conglomerate witnessed many senior executives put resign from their designation due to ill issues. As in the case, Head of Products Intex Technologies, Sudhir Kumar quit from post henceforth joining as Chief Executive Officer of one of the major brands of Transition Holdings from Africa.
Zen Mobiles, founded in 2009, it is said to be the pioneer of affordable handsets equipped with advanced technologies in the competitive market. Sanjay Kalirona, the next COO of the company, will help in boosting the corporate segment thus bringing an enhancement in business. At present, Zen Technologies settled down to all time rise by 4.71% as its current position of closing is Rs. 86.50.
Amid continuous effort of contacting Zen Technologies or Intex Technologies, the e-mail sent regarding queries, was not reverted. As of Mr Sanjay Kalirona, he declined on commenting over any development at present.
