Intex Technologies launched a new series ofLions smartphone, priced atRs. 4,990. The budget phone is made specifically keeping in the mindIPL enthusiasts. Its specificallynamedafter the Gujarat Lions – an IPL team owned by Intex. The handset is available in either of the three variants –White, Grey and Champagne variants.

Intex Aqua Lions supports 5.1-inch touchscreen with720×1280 pixels resolution display. It’s powered by quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz, that comes coupled with a 1GB of RAM. The handset has got 8GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via a microSD card. Lions runs on Android 5.1 Lollipopandsupports 2-megapixel selfie camera and 5-megapixel rear autofocus camera. The device is powered by a 3500mAh Li-Po battery. The battery offers 20 days of stand by and delivers up to 6/8 hours of talk time. The ‘battery saver mode’ will enhance the battery life for around 50%.
