The South Korean car maker Hyundai will be releasing its i30 premium in India this upcoming festive season, in October to be precise. The hatchback was first introduced at the Paris Motor Show last year. Though the makers have not yet disclosed the date of releasing the car in India this October, but it has showcased the previous generation model at the Auto Expo 2016.
The new Hyundai i30 is coming with three body styles- a five-door, an estate and a four-door coupe. The company has dropped the three-door style model from its lineup. The testing of the new i30 in the Arctic and Swiss Alps and in Germany makes it clear that the car is taking every firm step to introduce its tallest version globally. Based on the company’s evolved Fluidic 2.0 Design Philosophy, the cabin of the car is expected to be inspired from the new Elantra, which is scheduled to be launched in India towards the end of this year.

With 6 automatic gears and 2WD drive, the car can produce maximum power of 88/120 @ 6,300Rpm at the torque of 156/115 @ 4,850Lbs Ft. Apart from the engine features it is offering 17″ Alloy Wheels, Exterior Chrome Effect Beltline, Interior Light for Front, Rear And Luggage Compartment are some of its important features. When it comes to safety, the car is taking no chance and offering 7 Airbags – Front, Front Side, Curtain And Driver’s Knee, and also the Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) With Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD). Hyundai i30 has 6 Speakers – 2 Tweeters, 2 Front Door, 2 Rear Door, Bluetooth Connectivity With Voice Recognition, Touchscreen Satellite Navigation Including Traffic Messaging Channel With Rear View Camera.
