Hyundai Grand i10 is set to hit the Indian market. This Korean giant Hyundai may soon bring a face-lifted version of its popular hatchback i10 in India and today the car was spotted on its usual test run. Hyundai Grand i10 spied testing in India gave the car lovers something thrilling as there is a possibility that the car will launch its upgraded version soon.
But the front and rear ends of the car camouflaged suggesting a revised front end, with possibly new bumpers, air dam, fog lamps, hood and the rear hatch may get a few tweaks to refresh the design. Auto folding ORVMs cooled glovebox and a stereo system with 1GB of internal memory. The alloys are clearly visible; there are turn indicators on the fender too. The facelifted Grand i10 will have set of engines-1.2-litre Kappa 2 petrol and the 1.1-litre U2 CRDi diesel. Powered by a 1.1-litre three cylinder U2 VGT motor engine that produces 70 bhp of power and 163 Nm of torque. Mated to five-speed manual transmissions the petrol motor comes with an automatic transmission as an option are some of its extended features.
The dealers of Hyundai recently started offering CNG kits for both the Xcent and the Grand i10. These kits make the car expensive by around Rs 60,000 overall, but the dealers will endorse the kits on the RC books. Maruti Suzuki Swift and the Ford Figo are the main competitors of the Hyundai Grand i10. The Grand i10 is the company’s highest selling model in India after its launch in 2013.
