Hunter x Hunter: Fans are fed up of waiting for the next Hunter x Hunter chapter 361, which is also causing delays for the anime. Rumour has it that the producers are looking for a different way of continuing the series and has asked the Tokyo Ghoul creator to take over the production of the manga.

Yoshihiro Togashi the creator of Hunter X Hunter is currently suffering from severe back pain and this back problem is making difficult for him to add more chapters in this popular anime. According to the recent rumours, Togashi has been spotted looking well, so people believe that he’ll soon get back to work. But some claim otherwise. Rumour has it that they have had enough of the long hiatus and therefore has reached out for help to Tokyo Ghoul creator Sui Ishida.

The news is that Sui Ishida is a huge Hunter X Hunter fan that lead the producers to wonder what Sui’s version of Hisoka is. It is being said that together they will create a new chapter that’ll commemorate both “Hunter x Hunter” Volume 33 and “Tokyo Ghoul’s” seventh volume.

According to sources, another artist who is being linked to the continuation of Hunter X Hunter is Yoshihiro Togashi’s wife, Naoko Takeuchi. She has worked with her husband before, and successful manga artists, therefore would be a perfect choice. Naoko Takeuchi most popular work are “Codename: Sailor V” and “Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon.” She has won several prestigious awards like 2nd Nakayosahi Comic Prize for Newcomers for “Yume Ja Nai No Ne” and 1986 New Artist award for “Love Call.”

Hunter X Hunter is a hugely successful Japanese manga series that received huge critical and financial success. It has sold over 65.8 million copies in Japan by February 2013 becoming Shueisha’s best-selling manga series. In 1999, Hunter × Hunter was adapted into a 62-episode anime television series produced by Nippon Animation and directed by Kazuhiro Furuhashi. A second anime series was made by Madhouse in 2011.
