HTC Android Smartwatch may have been delayed once again, making this the fourth delay which is sure to get awaiting fans frustrated. Of course, this is just a rumour, and nothing official has been announced yet. But we have already got complete speculation of the smart watch.
The HTC smartphone was for a long time called the HTC One Wear until it was later named Petra. And according to PhoneArena, the Smartwatch was expected to release this month, but now that date has been delayed due to technical redesigning.And although HTC is yet to make an official announcement regarding the features and specifics, fans can make some standard expectations. The expectations are build on previous smartwatch models and present competitor models.
The new HTC smartphone was rumoured to release a companion smartphone HTC One M9, but the phone launched at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015 which was held in Shanghai, China. But HTC did unveil the first wearable device called Grip and it’s not a smartwatch. It a fitness tracker and features a digital clock, but it certainly will never have more advanced features like that of a smartwatch.
The HTC smartwatch was once again rumoured to release in February 2016 at the Mobile World Conference (MWC), but that didn’t happen. We bet on a June release, but now it looks like no unveiling is going to take place. So we think the next possible release date is going to be September.
