Rockstar Games hasn’t said anything regarding the upcoming game. They have neither confirmed nor denied the rumors surrounding the upcoming installment. But if we recall the game’s release timeline then it’s likely that they are presently working on the next one. GTA 5 was released back in September 2013 for Xbox 360 and PS3, for Xbox One and PS4 in November 2014 and finally in April 2015 for Windows PC. So the game is quite old, andas almost three years have passed, fans are hoping for the next GTA release.

It’s worth noting that at the E3 2016 event,Rockstar did not representGTA 6 and said nothing on its development. Round the same time, there was a rumor that someone from Rockstar traveled to Japan to study the place.PresentlyRockstar is putting out multiplayer expansions including the recent Cunning Stunts content. Which is why they are probably not talking about any development regardingGTA 6.

Only a couple of days back we reported that the GTA World Map feature would likely enable players to travel across the world. If this turns out true, then it’ll beone of the grandest ambition fulfillment by Rockstar. It’s not known when GTA 6 is going to be released. However, according to the rumors, it may be released in 2018 for Windows PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
