‘Grand Theft Auto’ or simply GTA is a hugely popular game among the gamers and the latest edition of this franchise, “GTA 6” has been the talk of the town for quite a long time. Now numerous rumours regarding this fabulous open world action-adventure video game day from the house of Rockstar Games are coming out with each passing day, as the development of the game is going on with full force.
As the release date of “GTA 6” is coming close, plenty of speculations have hit the market, and the most recent ones are about the characters of the game which will be introduced with the latest iteration. The famous gaming site, Yibada, recently reported that famous Hollywood actress Eva Mendes would give voice to the female protagonist in the GTA 6. On the other hand, Mendes’s real-life partner, Ryan Gosling will lend his voice to a new male character.
Yibada also suggested that ‘Grand Theft Auto’ will possibly change the location of the game in this upcoming edition too. It is very likely, that the location for the “GTA 6” will be shifted from the fictitious American community of Los Santos to the United Kingdom. The developer of the ‘Grand Theft Auto’ game, Dan Houser said in an interview with The Guardian on the eve of the GTA 5 grand release, that they are thinking to create a game located in the UK, and there are good realistic chances that with the GTA 6, they will fulfill their wish.
So, as the people are already going gaga over this hugely anticipated game, the question arises, why the developers are pushing back the release date of GTA 6 and why there is no concrete update about when the game is going to be released. As per Gotta Be Mobile, another renowned website of the gaming world, reported, that the main reason behind GTA 6 has not seen the light of day, yet, due to the huge popularity of “GTA Online”.
Although, the hardcore fans of the GTA are still arguing on the fact that Rockstar confirmed the development of a “GTA 6″ late in 2015, and it takes time to develop “45 years-worth of ideas”, according to Leslie Benzies, the head of Rockstar North.
In an interview with Develop, Benzies assured that Rockstar is already working on a follow-up to “GTA V” which gamers may still enjoy. This hugely famous game was published back in September 2013 and since then, the developers have rolled out plenty of extensions and patches for the “GTA V”.
