Grand Theft Auto 5 (GTA 5) is a game which we are eagerly waiting for to release, and the main reason for such hype is the stunning graphics the game offers. Most of the high-resolution games, especially the first-person shooters and the role-playing games release mods and Redux before the original release of the game to build up the expectation and set the tone for the official release perfectly. GTA 5 is certainly not an exception, and the good news is the makers of this highly popular game are going to launch a graphics-based mod which is due to release in the next month.
Mods and Redux are considered as a graphical re-write and the slight alteration of content to make it operate in a manner different from its original version. The developers of the GTA 5, have announced that the official release of Redux will happen on August 26. The announcement was made through a video which is released by the fans as a trailer of the graphics-enhancing mod. So that means, GTA 5 fans don’t have to wait much as we are already in the middle of month July. So check out the GTA 5 Redux Trailer below:
So, with the release of the GTA 5 Redux trailer, the expectations around the game have reached to the sky high. With a new dynamic weather system, leaves falling from trees, tyre marks on the road, better quality textures (including real billboards), and more people on the street, the game comes with one of the best graphics of current times. The mod has given us some glimpses on the changes to the gameplay as well, including new handling models for every car, revamped weapons and more realistic police responses. So now the only question left is when the original game will be released officially?
On the other hand, Scandinavian LGBT advocacy group Stockholm Pride launched a trailer for their new unofficial “Los Santos Pride” mod for Grand Theft Auto V, yesterday. This mod trailer features jubilant LGBT folks of all genders, castes and races celebrating and cheering alongside a Pride parade. To make it realistic, the attendees come in rainbow-colored dresses; they march, dance and take photos just like they would at an IRL Pride. Positive messages like “Love is in the air” and “Love comes in all colours” reads a rainbow blimp in the sky. Even the players can interact with the parade’s floats and bystanders.
