After a thorough in depth research by Human Resource Company Ranstad Google becomes the most attractive employer of the year in a row of two years (2015 and 2016). Google India has been the crowned leader of the “attractive employer of the year” by the Randstad for the second consecutive years. Google India has got the award on overall where sector specific award goes to Dell India for IT and Samsung India Limited for consumer electronics. Amazon India has got the award for the ecommerce section.
“In today’s fiercely competitive job market, recruiting top talent, engaging and retaining them is fundamental to a company’s ability to grow. It is also a proven fact that companies that are capable of attracting the right talent for the right job simply perform better,” Randstad India MD and CEO Moorthy K Uppaluri said.
