The global tech giant Microsoft has cleared the air about the exclusivity of its upcoming game Dead Rising 4recently. It has eventually confirmed that the Dead Rising 4 will only be temporarily exclusive to Xbox One and Windows 10, and later the action game will be introduced in PS4 and Steam for sure.
As per reports Microsoft is all set to launch the Dead Rising 4 in December 2016, and now it is gearing up for the mega launch. This upcoming game will be exclusively launched for Xbox One and Windows 10, but it will only be timed-exclusive as confirmed by the mighty Microsoft in its official statement shared with Gamespot.
You can read the full statement here,
“Dead Rising 4′ on Xbox One is developed by Capcom and will be published in partnership with Microsoft. Fans will be able to play ‘Dead Rising 4’ first on Xbox One and Windows 10 PC this December. It will remain a Windows 10 exclusive for the first 90 days and console exclusive on Xbox One for one year. We’ve had a close and longstanding relationship with Capcom including the launch of Dead Rising as an Xbox 360 exclusive and Dead Rising 3 as an Xbox One exclusive. We’re thrilled to partner with Capcom once again to help bring their ambitious vision for Dead Rising 4 to life.”
It should be mentioned here that the predecessor of this game i.e. the Dead Rising 3 too was exclusive to Xbox one at the time of its launch. But later after 10 months, Microsoft released Dead Rising 3 for PC version. However, the PS4 version of the said game was not launched due to console-exclusivity terms with Microsoft.
Dead Rising 4 is surely going to be the best zombie game till date, and at E3 Press Conference Microsoft announced that the game would be launched on December 6 for Xbox One and PC.
