BMW G310 GS: Another BMW to hit Indian market very soon! The news will lure a lot of bike enthusiast no doubt, but as per the report, the waiting will be, for almost a year! BMW Motorrad is the German motorcycle manufacturer which is bringing the new G 310 GS, the adventure iteration of the G 310 R in India next year. Showcased in EICMA show in Milan, BMW G 310 GS is a naked street-fighter. After the showcasing, while answering the questions on Twitter about the bike, the company revealed that the new BMW G310 GS will be launched in India by the end of the next year. The G 310 GS is the most affordable motorcycle manufactured by BMW Motorrad in partnership with TVS Motor Company.

The BMW G 310 GS is powered by 313 cc single cylinder, 4 valve, liquid cooled engine that is capable of churning up a maximum power of 34 BHP at 9,500rpm and maximum torque of 28Nm at 7,500rpm, mated to a six-speed gearbox.

The G 310 GS gets has 2075mm in length, 880mm in width and 1,230mmin height. The Braking in the G 310 GS is taken care of by 300mm with a single disc with 4-piston radial caliper at the front and 240mm disc, single piston floating caliper at the rear. the new BMW G 310 GS has a larger tank, long travel suspension, rear luggage rack, dual purpose off-road tyres, small windscreen and additional bodywork with a beak to complete the adventure touring design of the bike.

unveiled in Milan, the G 310 GS is ready to set its foot at the end of the next year in India, and BMW Motorrad  is currently working on the process of setting up the exclusive dealerships across metro cities in India.

BMW wants to kill the KTM market and thus being on a competitive mood, the G310 GS will be priced accordingly .The new BMW G310 GS is expected to be priced in the range of INR 2.4 lakh to INR 2.5 lakh.
