
Taiwanese Multinational Computer Hardware and Electronics Company Asus, best known for their line-up of incredibly affordable devices in the market, have launched their latest line-up of premium notebooks earlier on Tuesday. The R558UQ which will be made available in two different models based on the processors incorporated into the system. Available with intel’s i7 and i5 processor options, the new notebook series is slated to be the successor of Asus’s previously R558 range of laptops.
The Core i7 variant comes with SATA 1TB 5400RPM 2.5′ HDD storage, 8GB of DDR4 RAM, VGA web camera (Fixed type), a chiclet keyboard coupled with Asus Smart Gesture and Asus Splendid software and will be availablein a glossy dark brown coloured variant. The Core i5 variant boasts of a full HD display with resolution 1920×1080, anti-glare, higher pixel density and a memory of 4GB DDR4 RAM as well asmatt golden, glossy dark brown, red and dark blue hues colour options.

Already launched, the R55buQ notebooks are available now in retail stores as well as online e-commerce platforms like Flipkart and Amazon at a price ofRs. 59,990 (Core i7) and Rs. 48,990 (Core i5).
