This is insane. We are in the midway of the Apple Live Event, and it was announced that the popular app iWork is getting a whole new update by its developers this time. Yes, iWork is introducing Real-Time Collaboration which will work seamlessly on iPhones, iPads and Mac devices. This is a great update indeed, and with this now working together online has become easier than before.
With this new iWork update now you can work online as a group via the iWork app. You can add images, graphics, videos or even animations via slides into iWork. This cross-platform real-time collaboration will allow multiple people to edit a document over cloud at the same time. With this Apple’s iWork can now challenge its contemporaries like Google Docs for sure, and it was one of the most requested updates by the Apple device users.
iWork will now support both public and private real-time collaboration. Each participant will be awarded a color, and that color will be shown in the editing pane as well to show who is editing/changing what in the collaboration pane. The interface is quite easy to use, and with this update, Apple’s iWork has now become one of the most powerful apps in this niche for sure.
