In the Bollywood industry where the good body is regarded as the most important factor and for maintaining it proteins are very important, there are some celebrities which are Vegetarian and still have a body shape.  The people in the industry feel that being Vegan is the best option as they are not harming any creature and are having good quality food.

So for this year’s competition to be named as PETA’s Hottest Vegetarian Celebrities got tougher than ever, Rajkummar Rao and Alia Bhatt were regarded as the winners. Both have made plant-based foods more well-liked than ever. Other celebrities who couldn’t make it to the finals include Amitabh Bachchan, Vidyut Jammwal, Shahid Kapoor, Sunny Leone, R Madhavan, Kangana Ranaut and Sridevi etc. These are just a few of the prominent names mentioned as the list was quite long.

Speaking on her win, Alia said “I prefer having vegetarian food. It is a way to healthy living.” Meanwhile, Rajkumar’s co-star Ayushmann Khurrana stated that the actor doesn’t have any bad habits, as he “doesn’t drink, doesn’t smoke, doesn’t have non-vegetarian, and talks in a good way.”

“Alia Bhatt and Rajkummar Rao are fit, hot, and sympathetic, and they’re setting a great example for their fans and millions of other people who want to fight climate alteration with their forks,” said Sachin Bangera, PETA’s associate director of celebrity and public relations. Both of PETA’s winners prove that there’s not anything sexier than compassion towards animals, which these celebrities show every time that they sit down to have a meal.

In addition to causing animal suffering on an enormous scale, eating meat has been convincingly linked to an increased risk of agony from heart disease, strokes, diabetes, cancer, and obesity and a United Nations report completed that a global shift towards vegan eating is necessary to combat the worst effects of climate change.
