Its always been a slow but steady journey for Ali Fazal in Bollywood. He was part of many small budget films but proved his worth at once. Now, this guy is all set to team up with Michael Jackson’s daughter, Paris Jackson. It will be an English film, inspired by Bollywood musicals. The actor recently met the 18-year-old in Los Angeles, to discuss the project.
Ali started his Bollywood career with a special appearance in 3 Idiots (2009), and he next appeared in Always Kabhi Kabhi (2011). His first Bollywood success was Fukrey (2013), and then he was seen in supporting roles in a number of films like Baat Ban Gayi (2013), Bobby Jasoos (2014) and Sonali Cable (2014). Then came his first successful horror Khamoshiyan (2015) and then came Furious 7 (2015). His last Bollywood release was Happy Bhag Jayegi, opposite Diana Penty.
As per the source “Richa Chadha will also be a part of this American film, along with Ali and Paris.”Richa was part of the projects like Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!, Gangs of Wasseypur, Fukrey, Main Aur Charles, Masaan. Her two most awaited projects are Pooja Bhatt’s Cabaret and David Womark’s Indo-American production Love Sonia. Richa and Ali worked together before in Fukrey, and this upcoming Hollywood musical will be the second venture of this talented duo.
The source revealed an American actor will also join the team. There will be two Bollywood compositions in the film, and the plot is likely to revolve around two couples. Pre-production work of the movie is going on currently, and the shoot is set to go on the floor by the end of this month. Currently, Ali will be busy with his other project with veteran English actress Judi Dench, and for that, he will fly down to London soon to complete his film.
It seems both Ali and Richa have finally found their way to establish the career in both Bollywood and Hollywood with great balance and success.
