AirAsia Promotes Travelling in 999 INR

Malaysia based low cost aviation based conglomerate AirAsia has started its promotional campaign in India region. The company is offering domestic travelling in just 999 INR only and International travelling in 2,999 INR only. The offer is valid till limited period.

The bookings will be open from April 18 to April 24, 2016 in which major cities have been selected under its offer. People can choose any of the respective city and travel within the given time. Air Asia has taken this initiate so as to attract public in mass amid the promotional campaign.

Founded in December 20, 1993 with its headquarters in Malaysia, the company amalgamated with Tata Sons holding 30% shares where as rest 21% was taken up by Arun Bhatia making them 51% stake holders of Air Asia. The main airport of Air Asia India is in Bengaluru and future purposes New Delhi.


The company offers on Domestic travel in cities like Bengaluru, Delhi, Kochi, Vizag, Chandigarh, Goa, Guwahati, Imphal, Pune and Jaipur. It also includes International destinations in more than 100 cities in 22 countries. These are Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Bali, Melbourne, Perth, Manila and many more. One can take the advantage of the offer from October 1, 2016 to May 22, 2017. However the booking starts from April 18 to 24 this year.

According to AirAsia Berhad Commercial Head, Spencer Lee, Company offering such huge discounts on rate charges in domestic and international travelling will help the aviation firm to rise eventually among the competitions. Indians can roam around in destination city in such low fares which will eventually help in successful promotional campaign.

Thus, AirAsia offering destination travel at such low cost would surely attract many unlike its rivalries Spice Jet, Kingfisher Airlines, etc. People can enjoy travelling from one city to another or say, one country to another in just 999 INR and 2,999 INR respectively. Well, it is time for flying high with minimal fare.
