And the latest news has revealed that Xiaomi is all set to unveil a new smartphone in India. The new phone Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 with Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor is expected to be out for sale in India in January 2017. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is set to be launched in India in the month of January next year The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has received good reviews when it got released in the Chinese. And with the news revealing that it is coming to India it can also be expected that it is going to be hit in India as well. The device came out in China with a price tag of 899 Yuan which is around 8990 INR. The other variant is priced at 1199 Yuan which is 11990 INR approximately. The smartphone from Xiaomi is expected to be coming out with a Snapdragon 625 processor under the hood although it came with a MediaTek Helio P20 SoC in China. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. The device is reported to be made available in three variants as far as the RAM is concerned. The three variants of the device will be available with 2 GB/ 3 GB/ 4 GB RAM as the report in The Digit suggests. The 2 GB variant will be having an internal memory of 16 GB while the 4 GB one will have a 32 GB internal memory. The smartphone sports a 5.5-inch screen and supports a Full HD display resolution. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 will come with a 13-megapixel rear camera which will be assisted by a LED Flash, a f/2.0 aperture alongside a support for the Phase Detection AutoFocus. These features are bound to make the device really exciting for the smartphone users who love to have a camera on board. The selfie shooter is also worth mentioning as it will sport a 5-megapixel sensor along with f/2.0 aperture. The new smartphone is going to be backed up by a 4100 mAh battery. Among the additional features, the fingerprint sensor is one of the highlights besides the Bluetooth, GPS, Micro-USB and infra-red port. The phone comes in three variants – silver, gold and dark grey, as far as the outward appearance is concerned. So it remains to be seen how well the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 fares once it hits the Indian market in the month of January. It was a hit when it came out in China. So it won’t be a surprise if it succeeds like its predecessors. Particularly the fact that all these features come at a considerably low price makes the case much stronger for this device. And to get an idea how the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is going to work in the markets we have to wait for the official launch which is not too far away.
