After the acquisition, Home Cues will work as a subsidiary of the facility management firm though it will continue with the same name. Both the companies are likely to split their focus towards business-to-consumers and business-to-business sections respectively. Currently, SBrick is planning to acquire laundry and cleaning service provider startup by the end of this year. Although, with the acquisition of Home Cues, this is the second purchases of the home-service firm. The company, Melway, a facility management startup, got acquired in December 2015. We are aiming at standardising these home services. Once we have created a perfect model in Hyderabad, replicating this to other cities is not going be a problem. Founded by a team of technology experts SBricks is a mastermind in providing home chores solutions at one go. Right from cleaning, laundry, plumbing, electrical, AC maintenance, carpentry, and so on. The service can be availed through its app which can be downloaded easily. The integrated mobile app shows real-time availability of the services thus enabling you to book the services with an appropriate pricing instantly. The firm is located in Hyderabad, Pune, Vizag, as of now. It is thinking of expanding in another tier I cities which might include its core facilities of home cleaning, repair and laundry needs at affordable rates. Thus, acquisition of Home Cues by SBricks for 1million USD will help in enhancing its services in other regions. The service will be basically in laundry sections and of course, all kind home service facilities or base household chores mostly left unattended due to busy life schedule.
