ITC To Sell Premium Chocolates ‘Fabelle’ in Luxury Hotels

India’s old and renowned conglomerate, ITC has taken a step forward towards new segment that is chocolates. The company will sell premium chocolate brand ‘Fabelle’ in it’s very own luxury chain of hotels. Chocolates will be manufactured in Bangalore’s unit at the price of 1,000 INR each.

ITC has engaged itself in manufacturing of premium chocolates for the first time after many years. It is already into edible section under the food division with brands like Aashirvad, Yippee, Bingo, B Natural, Kitchens of India, and so on. The sole motto to enter the chocolate section is to diversify the production which will eventually enhance in revenue generation.

According to Analysts, ITC has hired world’s renowned chef and chocolatiers to increase the quality of edibles in food section and thus, manufacture one of the best chocolates ever made in premium quality. This is not the first time that the respective company has made top quality foods as its Ready-To-Eat meals are one of the best in the country and abroad as well. The FMCG business comes with a strategical approach to provide premium quality food.

At this point of time, ITC is focusing towards its non-tobacco FMCG which has subsequently accelerated its expansion in packaged food and drinks so as to overcome its cigarette and tobacco sales in India. In recent announcements centre declared that tobacco based consumed products would leverage more taxes comparatively.
