Honda, the Japanese car makers, is a 67 years old car manufacturer that holds an excellent reputation in the automotive market. Now one of the most iconic cars of eastern Asia is the Civic sedan; that is ruling the market for 43 years, and we have come across nine generations of this car. Now the latest version of it is all set for its grand entry in Malaysia. Honda Malaysia displayed 2016 Honda Civic in Malaysia a few days back. The range comes as standard with a continually variable transmission, instead of the conventional five-speed manuals and torque converter automatics of the previous generation. Its added features are coming with full-LED headlights, LED fog lights and 17-inch two-tone alloy wheels.
2016 Honda Civic comes with 1.8-litre i-VTEC naturally aspirated four-cylinder for its petrol version, 41 PS at 6,500 rpm and 174 Nm of torque also provides the standard safety kit on offer, with all variants getting six airbag and automatic door locks. This new 10th generation sedan continues with a multilink rear suspension; while the interior consists sport leather seats, dual-zone automatic air-conditioning and paddle shifters.
The 2016 Honda Civic that is the 10th generation of its brand is much similar to its 9th generation some with added features. The ninth generation has the dimension of 56.5 x 69 x 179.4 in where the latest model has a dimension of 55.7 x 70.8 x 182.3 (inch). The 2016 model is 58% better isolated from the road to cover wind and engine noise. The market for the 2016 Honda Civic is healthy as always and with those added features it is ready to rule the roads.
