Reportedly Aamir Khan has already signed a deal of Rs 120 crore for his upcoming Thugs of Hindostan. Aamir is surely a global name now. But the actor is most likely to keep the theatrical and music rights of the film to himself for now. If the deal is properly conducted, it will be a big change in Bollywood. As per an insider “Netflix wants to buy the rights to all films of Shah Rukh and Aamir which hit theaters from now on. This means that you will see the films of these two Khans first on Netflix and not on Sony or Star or Colors or Zee,” SpotboyE reports that both the actors Shah Rukh and Aamir met the CEO to discuss how to go about the plan. Dangal is one of the most profitable movies of Bollywood, and it has created so many records. After doing a business of almost Rs. 700 Crore, it is still making money after 3 months, and seeing the success of these films, channels like Netflix is getting interested in Bollywood movie too. But if this deal happens, the channels like Sony or Star or Colors or Zee will face a tremendous competition. Such deals will change the business module of Bollywood.
